REFUND POLICY

Refund & Exchange Policy – TwoDoodez

At TwoDoodez, we value your trust and satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we follow a strict no refund and no return policy.
Please read the following terms carefully before placing an order on our website.

1. No Refund / No Return Policy

Once an order is successfully placed and delivered, we do not offer any refund or return, under any circumstances.

We request customers to carefully check product details, size chart, and description before making a purchase.

Refunds are not applicable even in cases of “change of mind” or if the customer does not like the product after receiving it.

2. Exchange Policy (Size Issue Only)

Exchange is available only if there is a size issue (for the same article).

The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.

Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by contacting us at twodoodez.co@gmail.com

We will replace the item with your required size once we receive the original product.

3. Delivery & Exchange Charges

The customer will bear the delivery/shipping charges for sending the product back to us and for the re-shipment of the exchanged item.

TwoDoodez will not be responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping, so please ensure proper packaging.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product

In the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at twodoodez.co@gmail.com

with clear images and order details.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange for the same product or size, depending on availability.

Refund will not be processed under any situation — only replacement or exchange is possible.

5. Non-Exchangeable Items

Items purchased during sale, discounts, or promotional offers are not eligible for exchange.

Accessories and innerwear (if any) are strictly non-exchangeable.

At TwoDoodez, we do not offer refunds or returns. However, if there’s a size issue, we’ll happily exchange your product — the additional delivery charge will need to be covered by the customer. ✅
