We aim to deliver your favorite styles quickly and safely across India.
Please read our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
In case of high demand or stock unavailability, processing may take slightly longer — we’ll notify you via email or SMS in such cases.
2. Shipping and Delivery Time
Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.
Standard delivery time is 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Deliveries to remote areas may take extra time based on courier availability.
Delivery timelines are estimated, and delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier issues.
3. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through trusted logistics partners.
International shipping is not available at the moment.
In case your delivery area is not serviceable, our team will contact you for alternate solutions or cancellation.
4. Shipping Charges
Standard shipping charges are applied at checkout based on your location and order value.
Free shipping may be available on promotional offers or for minimum order values, as mentioned on the website.
In case of an exchange request, the customer must bear both side delivery charges.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most locations in India.
However, for certain remote or non-serviceable pin codes, COD may not be applicable.
We recommend prepaid orders for faster and smoother processing.
6. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery
If your package arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please email us at twodoodez.co@gmail.com
within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the product/package.
Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or exchange as per our Refund & Exchange Policy.
7. Delay or Non-Delivery
TwoDoodez is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural calamities, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.
If your order is delayed beyond 10 working days after dispatch, please contact our support team with your order ID for assistance.
